Pickleball Registration Page

CCAP requires us to register to play pickleball. The links below will help with that process. You may print the form below and bring it with your payment to pickleball or turn it in at the CCAP Main Office at 403 Blue Jay Way in Cambridge. If you would like to register online that link is also below (Note: that will take you to CCAP's main website).

Winter Fees are; $20 for resident individuals - $30 for resident couples - $30 for non-resident individuals - $50 for non-resident couples.
